Q) Do you speak Afrikaans?
A) Yes we do.

 

Q) Can we choose the final photographs that will make up our wedding album?
A) Without question! We ask for your favourite images before we start your album      design because we want you to love everything about your album – especially the images in the design.


Q) When will we receive our album?
A) Typically around 1 month after you send us your list of favourite images, although the time can vary depending on how busy the album manufacturer is at the time.


Q) Will we get a Flash drive of images in our package? If so, what size will the images be?
A) All of our packages includes 1 Customized 16GB Wooden USB3 Flash Drive of full resolution images which will be both colour and exposure corrected so you’ll be able to print great photographs from any image!


Q) What if we book a package that comes with (for example) 7 hours of photography coverage and we decide that we want to add more hours later?
A) No problem. You can add additional hours to the package at any time. If requested before the wedding, additional hours will be charged at our discount rates and if requested on the day of the wedding, it will be charged at our standard rates.


Q) Are your packages customizable?
A) In a word – yes! We realize that one size doesn't fit all so our packages can be customized to perfectly suit your needs.


Q) Do you recommend photographing an engagement shooting?
A) For sure! It is the best way to get to know us and for us to get to know you! It also gets you comfortable with having your very own “paparazzi” before your wedding day! Plus - you will get awesome casual images, which are often the photographs that our clients choose to display in their homes. Q) What will happen to my deposit if I cancel your services or the wedding gets cancelled?

A) Unfortunately your deposit is non-refundable and it confirms your booking. The reason is simply that if another couple wants to book our services for the same date, we can confirm that we are already booked. Refunding the deposit on cancellation would then mean that we cannot generate any income for a whole day that we have set aside. We trust you understand.


Q) We’re not getting married in the Western Province. Are you available for travel?
A) Although we are based in Swellendam - WP, we are available for travel to any destination in the world, even if you are having you wedding in the Caribbean!
